The Architecture of Germany has a long history.
During the 19th century, the style of Romanticism was popular.
Bauhaus, founded by Walter Gropius, was an influential school of architecture (it was later closed down by the Nazis). Albert Speer is renowned for his work with Nazi architecture.
The re-unification of Germany started a construction boom in Berlin.
Architecture in Germany takes a similar resemblance to architecture in the U.s.
