温泉之乡 About 200000 have migrated to Venezuela(委内瑞拉). In fact most of "Overseas Chinese" living in Venezuela come from Enping District. They moved there in several batches, among the two world wars and in the fifties and early sixties. But the biggest influx really began in earnest following the end of the "Cultural Revolution" in the late 70's. The above figure cannot be confirmed with the Venezuelan official data. Most of these immigrants have become local citizens.
