Hōrai (鳳来町 Hōrai-chō) was a town located in Minamishitara District, Aichi, Japan.
As of 2003, the town had an estimated population of 13,782 and a density of 52.27 persons per km². The total area was 263.66 km².
On October 1, 2005 the town merged into the City of Shinshiro.
