Princess Sophie/Sophia (Sofia) of Romania (b. 29 October 1957) is the fourth daughter of King Michael I of Romania and Queen Anne. She was born in in Tatoi, Greece. Sophie is eighth in the line of succession to the headship of the Romanian Royal Family, and is in the line of succession to the British Throne.
In Neuilly on 29 August 1998 she married Alain Michel Léonce Biarneix (b. 10 July 1957 in Nancy). The couple divorced in 2002. They have one daughter:
