[edit] major re-arrangement

The arrangement was illogical in places (e.g. Codicils being under "Parts of a Will"). I have made quite a few changes including: changing the structure; improving headings; changing colours.

I have not removed anything.

[edit] semi major rearrangement

I moved the changed inheritance to Estate Administration to include intestacy related issues. The Estate Administration is the procedural aspect of what happens to the decedent's property after he passes (with or without a will).

By the way, I believe that some courts do see the codicil as part of the will if it reflects the testator's intent... I could be wrong though. It is late and I need some sleep.
