The Forum of Fargo-Moorhead, previously titled the Fargo Forum, is a daily newspaper printed in Fargo, North Dakota and owned by Forum Communications. The Forum, as it is commonly known, is the primary daily paper for southeast North Dakota, and also much of northwest Minnesota. Its average daily circulation is about 65,000 on Sundays and 51,000 on weekdays.[1] The Forum was first published on November 17, 1891. As part of Forum Communications Company, The Forum is also co-owned with radio station WDAY AM (though not WDAY-FM, which is owned by James Ingstad) and TV stations WDAY and WDAZ. In spring 2008, The Forum's news staff merged with WDAY-AM's news team, forming one of the first joint radio-print news-gathering operations in the country.[2]
