Uusimaa is a constituency represented in the Finnish Eduskunta (parliament). It covers the administrative regions of Uusimaa and Eastern Uusimaa, excluding the city of Helsinki, which forms its own constituency (see Helsinki (constituency)). The total population of the Uusimaa constituency is about 880,000 (as of 2004), making it the largest constituency in Finland. Uusimaa currently elects 33 members of the Eduskunta.

The constituency is almost entirely urban, as it is centred around Helsinki, the capital and the largest city in Finland. Even though the city proper is not part of the constituency, much of the area falls under the Greater Helsinki metropolitan area. The largest party in the 2003 election was the Social Democratic Party of Finland.
