Yuan Chunqing (Chinese: 袁纯清; March 1952 -) is the current governor of Shaanxi Province in the People's Republic of China, and the vice secretary of the Communist Party of China Shaanxi committee.
Yuan was born in Hanzhou, Hunan Province. He graduated from the department of law of Peking University, and obtained a masters degree in law from the China University of Political Science and Law in 1990, as well as a doctoral degree in management from the international business school of Hunan University.
He has been an alternate member of the 16th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and a full member of the 17th Central Committee.
